Krka to Pay EUR 630,000 for Patent Infringement in Finland
Ljubljana, 29 January - The Novo mesto-based pharma company Krka and its Scandinavian subsidiary Krka Sverige have been ordered by the Finnish Court of Appeals to pay almost EUR 630,000 in damages with interest over infringement of patents protecting two manufacturing processes for the montelukast ingredient in Finland.
