Dnevnik Sees Corruption as Constituent Part of Parliamentarism

Ljubljana, 31 January - Quoting several theoreticians, the daily Dnevnik says in a commentary on Thursday that in global capitalism, corruption is everywhere, it is the core and the way of functioning of the economic system, ranging from accumulation of excess value to monetary and financial speculations.
