Deputies Reject Changes to Omnibus Fiscal Consolidation Act

Ljubljana, 1 February - The National Assembly rejected in a 47-38 vote on Friday changes to the omnibus act on the balancing of public finances passed in May 2012. The changes, proposed by the opposition Positive Slovenia (PS) and Social Democrats (SD), aimed at returning a number of rights to war veterans.
