Govt Fails to Confirm Arbitration Memorandum, Asks Parliament to Do it

Ljubljana, 1 February - The government failed to confirm on Friday a memorandum that Slovenia needs to submit by 11 February to the arbitral tribunal deciding on the Slovenia-Croatia border. Instead, it has asked parliament to debate the matter by 4 February and decide what kind of documents Slovenia will submit, PM Janez Janša said.
