Večer Says Govt Avoiding Responsibility
Maribor, 2 February - The daily Večer says on Saturday the government's refusal to confirm the memorandum that is to be sent to the arbitration tribunal, which will determine Slovenia's border with Croatia, was a manoeuvre to shift responsibility onto the parliament and an attempt "to wash their hands in advance" in case the decision will be unfavourable.
