Delo: Memorandum Delay Janša's Smokescreen for Grabbing More Power

Ljubljana, 2 February - The daily Delo comments on Saturday that PM Janez Janša is using the memorandum for the border arbitration with Croatia as a diversion from his attempt to speed up staffing and take more power. Absurdly, the lower the public support for Janša, the more power he is grabbing for himself, the paper points out.
