Delo Regrets Arbitration Memorandum Snag

Ljubljana, 5 February - The daily Delo welcomes the adoption of the Foreign Ministry's version of the memorandum in Tuesday's front-page commentary, but regrets that the country is not sending the document to the arbitral tribunal gladly and with pleasure.
