Ljubljana, 5 February - The daily Dnevnik expresses indignation at the "shifting of responsibility" between the government and parliament over for the border arbitration memorandum in Tuesday's commentary, expressing concern that the "confused signals" from Slovenia could tip the result of arbitration in Croatia's favour.
