Intl Law Expert: Parliament Statement on Arbitration for Internal Politics

Ljubljana, 5 February - The National Assembly's statement from Monday that any decision of the Slovenian-Croatian arbitration tribunal that may fail to secure Slovenia territorial contact to the high seas would be contrary to the tribunal's mandate has more internal than international effect, international law professor Milan Brglez said Tuesday.
