Slovenia Appeals European Court Ruling on LB Savers

Ljubljana, 5 February - Slovenia has lodged an appeal against a judgement of the European Court of Human Rights, which ruled in November that the country had violated the rights of Bosnian savers of LB bank. The judgement is seen as landmark given the ongoing dispute with Croatia over the Yugoslav-era deposits.
