Top Court Throws Out Challenge to Lower Subsidies for Solar

Ljubljana, 6 February - The Constitutional Court has rejected an initiative to examine a government decree that reduces feed-in tariffs for solar energy, a decision that has been criticised by the Photovoltaic Industry Association, which lodged the challenge.
