Court Decides against Gag Order on Graft Report

Ljubljana, 6 February - A judging panel of the Administrative Court in Celje has rejected Prime Minister Janez Janša's request for a gag order on the report by the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption that found him and Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković in breach of integrity legislation, Janša's lawyer Franci Matoz confirmed on Wednesday.
