Prešeren Prize Laureate Simčič's Oeuvre Marked 20th Century

Ljubljana, 7 February - Diaspora writer Zorko Simčič has won the Prešeren Prize, the top national award in culture, for his lifetime artistic achievement and his rich literary oeuvre. His literary work became part of the canon of the Slovenian literature of the 20th century, the jury said.
