Experts Happy with EU Funds for Slovenia, Unhappy with General Cut

Ljubljana, 11 February - Slovenian experts commenting on the EU budget framework for 2014-2020 adopted last week mostly share the view that Slovenia did well in the negotiations but that member states, having cut the joint funds for the first time in history, are failing to understand what the EU is really about.
