Managers Berate State Corporate Governance

Ljubljana, 11 February - The Manager Association has called the dismissal of the management board of the para-state SOD fund "an example of bad practice in corporate governance" after the SOD supervisory board fired the management for refusing to demand that the shareholder meeting of Telekom Slovenije be called off.
