Ljubljana, 13 February - The problem of the Slovenian economy is not only the absence of structural reforms and the imbalanced public finances but also a lack of ethics, transparency and vision, foreign ambassadors agreed on Wednesday at a business breakfast organised by the American Business Chamber (AmCham).
