Govt Adopts Articles of Association for Bad Bank

Ljubljana, 14 February - The government adopted on Thursday the articles of association of the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC), which will allow the setting up of a bad bank for salvaging mostly state-owned banks of non-performing loans, the Government Communications Office (UKOM) wrote.
