Real Estate Prices Drop to 2006 Level in 2012

Ljubljana, 15 February - Average housing real estate prices in Slovenia reached the lowest level since 2006 at the end of 2012 and continue sliding. "This shows an increasing adaptation of supply to the actual demand, also for new buildings, which we have not seen before," the Slovenian Surveying and Mapping Authority (GURS) said on Friday.
