Macedonian Truck Driver Suing Slovenia over Wrongful Verdict

Ljubljana, 18 February - A Macedonian truck driver who was caught transporting 28 kilograms of heroin in 2002 but whose case fell under the statute of limitations after an appeal, has decided to sue Slovenia over wrongful verdict and a prison sentence, the daily Dnevnik reports on Monday. He demands EUR 200,000 plus interests.
