Paper Argues Fear of Foreign Capital Killing Slovenia

Ljubljana, 19 February - The business daily Finance blames on Tuesday the problems of some of Slovenia's major banks and companies on the reluctance to embrace the ideals of meritocracy, which it says it rooted in Slovenia's historical experience under the yoke of Austria-Hungary and Yugoslavia.
