Teachers Upset after Finding that Pay Cuts Will Be Higher

Ljubljana, 20 February - The teachers' trade union (SVIZ) threatened with another strike on Wednesday after they found that the public sector wage bill will not be cut by 5% in 2013, as previously stated by the government, but by 7.75%. SVIZ secretary general Branimir Štrukelj believes the unions have been the victims of data manipulation by the government.
