Ljubljana, 21 February - Former Agriculture Minister and Social Democrats (SD) MP Dejan Židan warned on Thursday that the draft EU directive on water concession contracts was a "planted cuckoo's egg". He believes Slovenia must make sure that drinking water remains a public good and not a trade commodity.
