Panel Debates Independence of National Oversight Institutions

Ljubljana, 21 February - Institutions providing oversight are of great importance, especially when classical state mechanism fail to keep in check flaws in the system in an immature democracy, agreed a debate on how to guarantee the independence of oversight institutions hosted by the Society for Constitutional Law in Ljubljana on Thursday.
