Janković Offers Resignation, PS Proposes Bratušek for PM

Ljubljana, 22 February - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković offered a blank resignation letter to the council of his Positive Slovenia (PS) late on Thursday. He said he would step down as the party head the day a new government is formed. The opposition party also put forward its interim head Alenka Bratušek as PM designate.
