Ljubljana, 23 February - In his first response to the announced forming of new government, President Borut Pahor said on Saturday that the National Assembly was facing the key question of whether to back a potential new cabinet, which should be more than just a response to "the discontent with the present state". "This responsibility is entirely parliament's," he said.
