Austrian Sentenced to 16 Months for Assaulting an Officer

Celje, 27 February - The Celje Local Court sentenced Austrian citizen David Gabriel Kruse to 16 months in prison, after which he is to be extradited to Austria to be tried on 24 other accounts. Kruse, an Islamic fundamentalist who lived in the wild, was arrested near Velenje in June 2012 when he tried to stab an officer to avoid capture.
