Details of Transfer of Non-Performing Loans onto Bad Bank Revealed

Ljubljana, 5 March - The Finance Ministry has released a draft decree on measures to stabilise the banking system determining how non-performing loans will be transferred onto the Bank Assets Management Company (BAMC), which comes even though it is unclear whether the new coalition will decide to keep the bad bank or opt for a different bailout method.
