Factor Banka Estimates 2012 Loss at EUR 21M

Ljubljana, 8 March - The bank Factor banka made an estimated net loss of EUR 21.15m after reporting a net profit of EUR 1.26m the year before. The figures were reviewed Friday by the bank's supervisory board, who proposed to the shareholders' meeting to call a new share issue of EUR 25m in April.
