Panel Urges Transparency as Key to Curbing Corruption
Ljubljana, 11 March - Head of the Corruption Prevention Commission Goran Klemenčič told a panel on Monday that a principle of zero risk of accountability instead of one of zero tolerance for corruption had established itself in Slovenia in the past 20 years and that more transparency is the only solution.
