Primorsko University Marking 10th Anniversary

Koper, 18 March - The University of Primorsko is on Monday launching a week of events to mark its 10th anniversary, on which occasion it will make Boštjan M. Zupančič, a Slovenian judge at the European Court of Human Rights, its honorary doctor.
