Delo Praises "Magnificent Pyrrhic Victory" in Maribor

Ljubljana, 18 March - While assessing that Maribor has taken a small step for the city but a large one for the law-governed state, the daily Delo says the election of a prominent face of the protests for mayor in Sunday's by-election is still little more than a pyrrhic victory.
