Central Bank: Slovenians Need Not Fear for Bank Deposits

Ljubljana, 18 March - Slovenians need not worry about their savings deposits, the central bank, the Financial Ministry and head of the Slovenian Bank Association France Arhar said on Monday in separate statements after a tax on bank deposits in Cyprus required as part of an EU bailout plan raised doubts about the safety of Cyprus's financial system.
