Question of Back Payments Raised as Top Court Annuls Pension Cut

Ljubljana, 19 March - The Constitutional Court has annulled provisions of the 2012 omnibus austerity act which cut the pensions of some 26,000 retirees, but it is now unclear how those affected can claim back the money they lost in the interim period.
