Ljubljana, 19 March - Clouds will make return on Wednesday and intermittent rain is possible in western, central and southern parts of the country during the day. Morning lows of -3 to 3 degrees centigrade will be followed by daytime highs ranging from 4-10 degrees inland, up to 14 at the coast.
