Dukat Presents Full Takeover Bid for Ljubljanske mlekarne

Ljubljana, 20 March - Croatian dairy Dukat published on Wednesday a bid for a full takeover of Slovenia's biggest dairy Ljubljanske mlekarne after it became the majority owner of the Slovenian dairy on Monday. Dukat became the owner of 50.3% in the company as part of the French Lactalis dairy group which sealed the deal in autumn.
