Bad Bank Formally Established

Ljubljana, 21 March - Slovenia formally established the bad bank on Tuesday, as the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC) was entered into the register of companies. The same day, the now former government ordered a EUR 3.6m recapitalisation for BAMC. Currently it is headed by an interim three-member executive team.
