Study Finds 3.8% of Patients Get Hospital Infection

Ljubljana, 27 March - A total of 3.8% of patients had contracted a hospital infection at the time of the Slovenia-wide study conducted at the end of 2011, which puts Slovenia level with other European countries in the effectiveness of hospital infection prevention, Health Minister Tomaž Gantar explained at questions time in parliament on Wednesday.
