Peko to Be Sold to Croatian Osimpex, Paper Reports

Ljubljana/Tržič, 29 March - A government-appointed commission overseeing the sale of Slovenian shoes maker Peko has decided to sell the troubled, majority state-owned company to Croatian steel company Osimpex for EUR 2m, the daily Dnevnik reports on Friday. The deal must still be approved by the government.
