MPs Appoint Omerzel New Infrastructure Minister

Ljubljana, 2 April - The National Assembly appointed in a 49-29 vote on Tuesday Samo Omerzel to the post of minister for infrastructure and spatial planning. The 39-year-old replaces Igor Maher, who resigned amidst accusations that he owned an illegal build on the Slovenian coast.
