Programme to Reduce Court Backlogs Could Be Relaunched
Ljubljana, 4 April - Supreme Court president Branko Masleša, Justice Minister Senko Pličanič and Prime Minister Alenka Bratušek decided on Thursday to review plans to suspend a programme designed to reduce curt backlogs. The project was put on ice for 2013 by the previous government, but it seems that the new government could relaunch it.
