Delo Sees UN Deal as First Step to Regulated Global Arms Trade

Ljubljana, 5 April - The daily Delo describes on Friday the UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) meant to address the completely unregulated global trade with conventional weapons as a symbolic victory and only a first step.
