Fitch Downgrades 5, Affirms 2 Slovenian Banks

London, 5 April - Rating agency Fitch downgraded on Friday five Slovenian banks, including the biggest, NLB and NKBM, citing delays in tackling the problems of the banking sector. However, it affirmed the issuer default ratings of two more.
