AmCham against VAT Rise Unless Accompanied by Additional Measures

Ljubljana, 6 April - The Tax Committee of the American Business Chamber (AmCham) in Slovenia is against rising VAT if the move fails to be followed by additional cuts to curb public spending. However, if such measures are adopted, VAT increase is the best solution, Tax Committee co-chair Barbara Guzina said in a press release on Saturday.
