Higher Court Says Mladina Journalist Should Not Be Prosecuted

Ljubljana, 9 April - The Ljubljana Higher Court has decided that a journalist of the weekly Mladina should not be prosecuted over the publication of trade secrets regarding the sale of publisher Večer in 2011. Thus the court confirmed a ruling of a lower court to which the prosecution appealed last December, Večer reports on Tuesday.
