GZS Welcomes Proposed Simplification of Insolvency Proceedings

Ljubljana, 10 April - The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) welcomed in Wednesday's meeting with Justice Minister Senko Pličanič the government-proposed changes to the insolvency proceedings act, saying the ministry had taken into account the majority of the measures proposed by the chamber.
