Sociologist Urges Active Welfare Strategy from the State

Ljubljana, 15 April - Sociologist Srečo Dragoš was critical on Monday of the continuing withdrawal of the state from welfare, saying that for the past 20 years left- and right-leaning governments alike have been letting charity organisations take over, while failing to secure any coordination and synergies.
