Amended Act Expands Scope for Aid to Companies
Ljubljana, 18 April - The scope for state aid to distressed companies will broaden in accordance with changes to the act on restructuring aid that the government adopted on Thursday as part of its policy to more actively help over-leveraged but promising companies.
