Večer Says Serbia and Kosovo Closest to Agreement

Maribor, 19 April - The daily Večer says that Serbia and Kosovo have never been this close to signing a historic agreement that will allow them to coexist. It is ironic that the path to the agreement is being paved by the people, former associates of Serbian leader Slobodan Milošević, who fuelled the escalating tensions in the past, the paper says.
