Delo Says Govt Will Fail in Reforming Public Sector

Ljubljana, 20 April - The daily Delo says that the incumbent government will fail, like two other "anti-crisis" governments before, to carry out a comprehensive and effective reform of the public sector. None of the cabinets have come to understand that a new time of political and economic responsibility has come, the paper says.
