Panel Says Fiscal Rule Makes No Economic or Legal Sense

Ljubljana, 22 April - The recently established Solidarity Coalition of unions, NGOs and informal civil society movements argued in Ljubljana on Monday against a constitutional cap on government borrowing, saying it would mean a direct intervention in the welfare state.
